The ACF Chapter of Chefs de Cuisine supports local Big Island farmers in many ways.  We encourage our members and friends of ACF to purchase local produce and Big Island products as a priority on their food ordering lists.  Our Community Culinary Events are designed around the pairing of Big Island farmers, Chefs and other Food Service Professionals working together to prepare the most unique menu samplings representing their restaurants, resorts, catering companies, and food and beverage companies from their event booths.  These events forge relationships within the Kona -Kohala culinary and hospitality community.
